What is the return policy?
Electric scooters are eligible for a 15-day no-reason return policy. We will prepare a prepaid return label or arrange for door-to-door pickup to assist you with the return. Please see our detailed return policy here: Return Policy.
Do I need to pay any additional fees?
You will not need to pay any additional fees. All products you order come with free shipping and no taxes. You only pay the price of the products.
When will I get my order?
We will process your order within one day of placing it and ship it immediately. Shipping time for scooters is 1-5 days, and for accessories it is 6-15 days. Please see our detailed shipping policy here: Shipping Policy.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our scooters are all made in China and shipped from our European warehouse. We have top-notch electric scooter technicians to answer your questions. All our products are CE certified, and some electric scooters have also obtained the corresponding certifications to comply with local regulations.
How many years of warranty do you offer?
